Who We Are:

Located in the heart of Suffolk, Virginia, First Baptist Church is a theologically conservative body of Christians. Our church exists to glorify God by leading all people to become fully devoted followers of Christ. We offer a wide variety of ministries for all ages to discover Christ, grow in Him, and serve Him. Our focus is the preaching and teaching of the Word of God for the glory of God. Our worship services are dynamic and soul-stirring. Our Sunday School ministry is strong and growing.
