This Sunday is Mother’s Day...make a special effort to express thanks to God for your mom, and thanks to your mom if she is still with you. The command to “honor your father and mother” is always in force for God’s people.  

As we look at God’s Word this Sunday, we will be in Luke 17:5-19, talking about “Marks Of Growing Disciples.” This is a particularly tender and beautiful passage, filed with our Lord’s love, and with challenges to grow as his people.
