This week we will be in John 1:14-18 as we ask the question, “Why Trust Jesus?”  I am enjoying this Advent series and can’t wait to share this message with you on Sunday.  It is a wonderful text for your friends who are not yet in Christ.  Make a call.  Invite them to join you.

My prayer is that you have a very Merry Christmas!  I hope you’ll make plans to join us at 5pm on Christmas Eve as we celebrate Candlelight Communion and hear a message about our Lord Jesus…another great opportunity to bring friends.  The Christmas Eve service will be beautiful and brief, leaving plenty of time to gather afterwards with family.  Dress casually and just let the Holy Spirit draw you near to Jesus.

We are almost there on our Lottie Moon Christmas Offering!  By the time you read these words we may be there.  We’ll give an update on Sunday.  Until then, keep your eyes fixed on Jesus.
