This week, as we continue walking through our series on Genesis 1-11, Back To The Beginning, we’ll look at Genesis 9:1-29 and look at the “Rainbow In The Sky.” 

What was the covenant that God made with us after the flood?  What is the meaning of the sign of that covenant? There is so much here for us to dig into, so many gospel treasures to bring out.  I can’t wait to unpack it with you!

As the weather is turning colder, it’s beginning to look – and feel – a lot like Christmas.  This year, for our Advent series, we are going to look at Genesis 12-15.  The series will be called Number The Stars.  We will see how God calls out Abraham and through him creates a new people that will bless all peoples.  How?  Because the Messiah, whose birth we celebrate at Christmas, comes from that people! 

God is greatly at work in our church family in these days.  People are searching for answers in this broken world, and we have the Answer.  His name is Jesus.  Tell someone about Him today and invite someone to meet you on Sunday at FBC.  See you then.
