What a wonderful Easter we celebrated this past Sunday at FBC!  The resurrection changes everything – we have been “raised to walk in newness of life” (Romans 6:4).

How encouraging to talk with multiple people this past Sunday who have come to know Jesus between last Easter and this Easter!  They were celebrating their first Easter as followers of Jesus.  It is such a blessing to be part of a church where people are being saved, baptized, and discipled. 

On Sunday we will get back to James, as we look at James 4:13-5:7 and talk about “Life With Christ As Lord.”  As always, James is practical and powerful.  Read over the text in advance, and Lord willing I will see you on Sunday.
