It has been a few years since we got a nice snow, but it finally came last weekend!  I missed seeing you.  This Sunday we will pick up right where we would have been, last Sunday.  As part of our Upper Room series on John 13-17, we will look at John 13:18-38 and talk about how “Jesus Prepares Us For The Mission.” 

Remember, whenever these cancellations occur, the needs of the church go on.  Whether you give in person or electronically, be sure your tithes and offerings are getting through. 

This Sunday we will also have a special information meeting after worship for our upcoming Great Expectations ministry.  This is a way we can come alongside moms-to-be and dads-to-be with love and care and the gospel.  If you are interested in learning more, Carlton Farmer from the Crisis Pregnancy Center of Tidewater will meet with us, right after worship.  

I am praying for you and your family.  So many have been sick over the past couple of weeks, but many of you are better and ready to get out again.  Lord willing, we will see each other this Sunday!  Until then, stay close to Jesus, church family.
