FBC Kids

Children 5 years old through 5th grade at First Baptist Church are known as the FBC Kids. Our desire is to teach God's Word in a practical way that children can understand and then provide opportunities to develop their own gifts. Children are taught important principles from the Bible, God's Word. Children learn about God's love through various activities designed to meet their emotional, physical, and spiritual needs.
Throughout the year, a variety of activities are planned to give children a much needed opportunity to develop close and supporting relationships with Christian friends as well as caring, Christian adults. I invite your child, 5 years old through 5th grade to be a part of our FBC Kids activities!

SUNDAY

We have resumed our Children’s Ministry for grades K-5th during Sunday School (9:00-10:15am). We are meeting on the 3rd floor in the Children’s area. Here are a few things you will need to know if you plan on having your children participate:

  1. We require all children to be checked-in by their parent(s) or guardian(s) at the check-in desk located in the Family Gathering Area prior to coming on the 3rd floor.
  1. We kindly ask that you will pick-up your children promptly. Children will not be released without a parent or guardian present.

WEDNESDAY

Awana is on Wednesdays from 6:00-7:30pm. For complete details go to fbcsuffolk.org/awana. (not meeting during the summer)

PRESCHOOL SUNDAY AM

Preschool and Nursery have also resumed during our Sunday School hour, 9:00-10:15am. Check back to this page and on social media for more details.

The Preschool Ministry for ages Birth-PreK during Sunday School (9:00-10:15am) is meeting each week. They are meeting on the 1st floor in the Preschool and Nursery area. Here are a few things you will need to know if you plan on having your children participate:
