This Sunday we will look at Ephesians 2:11-22.  The title of the message is “One In Christ.”  Here Paul delves into one of the major themes of Ephesians, the unity of the Body of Christ.  

I am loving this series.  God drew me to Ephesians many years ago, and it has been wonderful to dig into it afresh and anew with you all, my sweet church family.  

One person who has served our church family with excellence for twenty years this week is our fantastic ministry assistant, Janet Wood.  What an awesome blessing Janet is to me, our other pastors, and the entire FBC family!  She has given our church excellence and dedication for two decades, and has done it all with a cheerful, servant heart.  Janet, we deeply appreciate you!  

There are so many good things happening at FBC these days:  Our children and students recently returned from camps – pray for lasting fruit in their lives.  Next week is VBS – be inviting friends with children to get them involved, and be praying that the Spirit of the living God will be poured out, and that this would be a definitive, life-changing event for many kids.
