It was a great joy to share this past Sunday about Wilson and Brittany Caldwell. I can’t wait for you to meet this precious couple this Sunday. We are delighted to introduce them to you. Wilson is our candidate for Associate Pastor of Student Ministry. 

Wilson grew up near Farmville, VA, the son of a Southern Baptist pastor. He attended Liberty University, where he majored in Religion and Youth Ministry, and stayed at Liberty for seminary, where he received the Master of Divinity in Pastoral Ministry. 

Throughout his time in college and seminary, Wilson served as a Student Pastor in a local church. His passion is to build relationships with students, show and share the love of Christ with them, and make reproducing disciples. 

Brittany grew up in West Virginia. She attended Liberty University, where she earned a BA in Teaching English as a Second Language and a MA in Human Services Counseling. Like Wilson, she has a passion for the Lord and for helping students flourish in Christ. 

You will have an opportunity to hear Wilson and Brittany’s testimonies and call to student ministry in our worship service. Let’s welcome them with the warmth that is characteristic of our church! 

A special called business meeting will be held on Wednesday, June 27, at 6:30pm for the purpose of calling Wilson as our Associate Pastor of Student Ministry.

Also on Sunday we will be continuing in our study of Romans 8. I’ll be preaching from Romans 8:18-25 on “Future Glory.” See you then!
