What a blessing to begin our journey through 1 Peter this past Sunday! I have been eagerly looking forward to this series, Living Hope: A Study of 1 Peter. 

This week, we will continue to walk through chapter one as we study 1 Peter 1:6-9 and talk about “Hope in the Midst of Trials.” 

Are you going through a trial right now? If you are not, you soon will be. That is the nature of living as exiles in a fallen world. But, as we saw last Sunday, we are exiles with a “living hope.” Therefore we can rejoice and our hearts can surge with hope, even during trials. We’ll talk about that this Sunday. See you then.
